These Terms and Conditions regarding sale, delivery and payment apply to all our items.
2. By ordering at Joh. Boomsma v.o.f. you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. All prices are in Euros excluding shipping/handling rates and including sales-tax

5. At the release of a new price-list all previous quotations expire. We cannot be held responsible for price modifications and/ or possible misquotations/misprints.
6. You will be charged for the shipping/handling expenses of your order. These will be added to your order.
7. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail stating an overview of your order and the total amount due in euros.
8. Your order will be shipped out within 5 working days of receiving payment.
9. If you are not satisfied with your order you are obliged to let us know in writing or via e-mail within 8 days of receiving your order.
10. We reserve the right to refuse unannounced returns that have not been agreed upon in advance.
11. We try our hardest to keep out website up to date. However, if an item is no longer available, we will contact you ASAP.
